Hi - I’m Alston Bowman, a passionate and creative producer with a background in video production, content creation, and bringing people-first projects to life.

 

My journey began with a B.A. in Documentary Filmmaking, which honed my ability to listen, engage, and craft meaningful stories. As an expert conversationalist, I’ve always valued deep connections, and this skillset led me to develop my very own card game—OFF THE ROCKS—a toolkit designed for sparking meaningful conversations.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked with brands across diverse industries—from healthcare and hospitality to museums and consumer goods—helping shape campaigns that bring unique narratives to light. My love for storytelling has taken me through various roles, including my current one as Associate Producer at FCB NY. 

 

Not born but raised in New York City, my connection to this vibrant town runs deep. I stand ten toes down on claiming Harlem as the best neighborhood and no, we cannot compare it the borough that is Brooklyn. My well-rounded knowledge of NYC makes me the go-to person to recommend the perfect spot for dinner + drinks after we wrap on an amazing shoot that I produced (work hard, play harder).

 

Outside of work, I’m all about enjoying life’s little moments. I love watching movies that explore "coming of age" themes but from an adult perspective. I’m also a huge fan of Law & Order: SVU— I recently had the chance to snap a picture with Mariska Hargitay herself, which pretty much solidified my status as the ultimate New Yorker!

 

When I’m not working my 9-5 or managing orders for OFF THE ROCKS - you’ll likely find me hanging out with my friends, making collages, shucking oysters, or in an Uber to LaGuardia for a trip I cannot wait to tell you about!
